How Does the Delivery Process Work?

All orders on Sasta Dukan are handled by reliable courier services like PostEx and Leopard. Once your order is confirmed, our team processes it, and a shipping notification is shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS.

How is My Order Packed?

We take utmost care in packaging. Products are shipped in water-resistant and damage-proof packaging. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped to ensure safe delivery.

Can I Make Changes to My Order After Placing It?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed and processed, we cannot amend it. Please double-check your details before confirming.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation. Delivery may vary slightly depending on your city or location.

What If My Location Isn’t Serviceable?

While we deliver across Pakistan, rare exceptions may occur. If our courier partner cannot deliver to your location due to legal, security, or address issues, your order may be declined. You will be informed promptly in such a case.


Returns & Refunds

Can I Return or Exchange a Product?

Yes, we offer a 10-day return or exchange window if the product is:

  • Wrong, damaged, or defective
  • Not as shown or described
  • Missing parts or incomplete

Returns must include original packaging, tags, and invoice.

How to Request a Return or Exchange?

Pickup or Drop-off?

Depending on your location, either our courier will pick up the product, or you may be asked to drop it at the nearest courier point. Processing usually takes 3–4 working days.
